@PRODUCTION began life in 1999 in Darwin, NT Australia, as a media, marketing and events management agency led by Carmel Young and Tony Collins. Together we've spent more than 20 years creating music, theatre, documentaries, art projects and marketing campaigns for everyone from mining companies to environment groups, government, business, trade unions and welfare agencies.

We specialise in cross-cultural environments and we've worked in Europe, North America, China and Korea as well as remote Aboriginal communities in northern and central Australia, South Australia and western NSW.

Now located in Adelaide, South Australia, we spend most of our time in research and writing, project management and content creation. Our projects empower people and communities. We believe in justice and equity and we hope for a future where everyone is inspired to make the world a better place.
